# dTelecom > Decentralized Real-Time Communication Network with AI dTelecom provides decentralized real-time communication infrastructure enabling developers to build voice, video, and chat applications with AI features. dTelecom is a decentralized communication network for real-time voice, video, and chat. Users can run nodes to support communication services, integrate dRTC features into apps, and contribute bandwidth to the network. The platform focuses on reliability and privacy through distributed infrastructure, removing the need for central servers in communication tools. - Type: Project - Sector: Infrastructure - Status: Active - Profile: https://thegrid.id/profiles/dtelecom_org ## Products - [dTelecom SDK](https://thegrid.id/profiles/dtelecom_org): dTelecom SDK provides WebRTC-based tools for building audio, video, and chat applications through a decentralized infrastructure. The SDK includes JavaScript and React components, AI-powered features like real-time translation and moderation, and supports up to 100,000 participants with sub-500ms latency. (Developer Tooling, Live, Main Product) - [dTelecom Cloud](https://thegrid.id/profiles/dtelecom_org): dTelecom Cloud provides managed decentralized infrastructure services for real-time communication applications. The platform offers bandwidth-based pricing, supports large-scale video conferencing and livestreaming, and allows developers to deploy communication features without managing servers. (Live) - [Video SDK](https://thegrid.id/profiles/dtelecom_org): Video SDK enables developers to build live video streaming and conferencing applications on decentralized infrastructure. The platform supports up to 100,000 participants with transparent bandwidth-based pricing and open-source components. (Developer Tooling, Live) ## Assets - [dTelecom (DTEL)](https://thegrid.id/profiles/dtelecom_org): DTEL is the utility token of the dTelecom network built on Solana. It is used to pay for decentralized communication services, stake to operate network nodes, participate in governance decisions, and earn rewards for contributing bandwidth and infrastructure. Node operators receive DTEL for providing server resources that enable voice, video, and chat applications to run without centralized servers, creating a distributed alternative to traditional real-time communication platforms. Model 1 - open data. The open data core is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL) — a copyleft/share-alike license allowing free use, modification, and sharing for any purpose. Attribution is required: include "Powered by The Grid" linking to https://thegrid.id wherever the data is used. Derivative databases must be shared under ODbL terms. Trademarks, logos, and brand names (marked "Special TPIP") are not covered by the ODbL. For ML/AI use: training datasets that substantially extract ODbL data are Derivative Databases and must be shared under ODbL if publicly used; models must be attributed in documentation. Model 2 - commercial licenses. The Grid Data Service (TGDS) is also available as a commercial license. See [Web Services Terms](https://about.thegrid.id/legal/web-services-terms) for commercial use that is not covered by the open data service.
