EagleX is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange. It lets users trade spot and perpetual futures markets, earn yield on assets, and spend crypto with a payment card.

EagleX is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange offering spot trading and USDT-margined perpetual futures across a range of digital assets, alongside yield products and card-based crypto spending. It serves both retail traders and institutional participants accessing digital asset markets through web and mobile platforms.

A dedicated TradFi interface extends perpetual contracts to gold, stocks, and other traditional finance instruments. The exchange pairs its matching engine with a multi-layer security framework spanning cold and hot wallet separation, multi-signature authorization, and real-time risk monitoring, and it publishes proof-of-reserves data alongside a protection fund intended to back user balances.

Beyond spot and derivatives markets, EagleX offers flexible and fixed-term yield products, copy trading tools for replicating other traders' strategies, and a rewards hub for user incentives. A payment card lets users spend balances at merchants globally. The platform is available on iOS and Android with support for multiple languages, and is used by individual traders as well as institutions seeking liquidity and market access.

## Legal

This data is provided under two licensing models.

Model 1 - open data. The open data core is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL) — a copyleft/share-alike license allowing free use, modification, and sharing for any purpose. Attribution is required: include "Powered by The Grid" linking to https://thegrid.id wherever the data is used. Derivative databases must be shared under ODbL terms. Trademarks, logos, and brand names (marked "Special TPIP") are not covered by the ODbL. For ML/AI use: training datasets that substantially extract ODbL data are Derivative Databases and must be shared under ODbL if publicly used; models must be attributed in documentation.

Model 2 - commercial licenses. The Grid Data Service (TGDS) is also available as a commercial license. See [Web Services Terms](https://about.thegrid.id/legal/web-services-terms) for commercial use that is not covered by the open data service.
