Houdini Swap is a non-custodial cross-chain swap aggregator. It lets users swap and send crypto across many blockchains, with optional private routes that break the on-chain link between sender and receiver.

Houdini Swap is a non-custodial cross-chain swap aggregator with optional privacy routing. It compares routes across decentralized exchanges, bridges, cross-chain solvers, and non-custodial exchange partners and executes each swap through the most efficient one. Users can swap, send, and bridge tokens across many blockchains without opening an account.

Houdini does not run its own liquidity pools or hold user funds. Private swaps pass each transaction through several non-custodial exchange partners and separate blockchains, using single-use wallets so the recipient cannot be linked to the sender, while no-wallet-connect swaps need only a receiving address. Quotes are all-in, and compliance controls include sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and geo-blocking.

Alongside the swap app, HoudiniPay creates private payment links, MultiSwap funds several wallets in one transaction, and a browser extension brings swaps into any tab. A partner API lets wallets, trading bots, and apps embed private and cross-chain swaps. Houdini Swap is used by privacy-minded traders, people paying in crypto, and the wallets and bots that integrate it.

## Legal

This data is provided under two licensing models.

Model 1 - open data. The open data core is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL) — a copyleft/share-alike license allowing free use, modification, and sharing for any purpose. Attribution is required: include "Powered by The Grid" linking to https://thegrid.id wherever the data is used. Derivative databases must be shared under ODbL terms. Trademarks, logos, and brand names (marked "Special TPIP") are not covered by the ODbL. For ML/AI use: training datasets that substantially extract ODbL data are Derivative Databases and must be shared under ODbL if publicly used; models must be attributed in documentation.

Model 2 - commercial licenses. The Grid Data Service (TGDS) is also available as a commercial license. See [Web Services Terms](https://about.thegrid.id/legal/web-services-terms) for commercial use that is not covered by the open data service.
