# Steer Protocol > Turnkey Asset Management Infrastructure Steer Protocol helps users launch and manage on-chain strategies with vaults, automated liquidity, incentives, and AI policy tools. Steer Protocol helps asset managers, protocols, and builders run on-chain strategies with modular infrastructure. Users can deploy vaults, automate liquidity, manage incentives, and connect off-chain data through compute jobs. The system supports smart wallets, staking, and risk controls to create tokenized products across multiple chains. - Type: Company - Sector: Infrastructure - Status: Active - Profile: https://thegrid.id/profiles/steer_protocol ## Products - [Smart Pools](https://thegrid.id/profiles/steer_protocol): Smart Pools automates concentrated liquidity management across DEXs through multi-position strategies that rebalance liquidity ranges to optimize capital efficiency and fee returns. (Yield Aggregator, Live, Main Product) - [Smart Rewards](https://thegrid.id/profiles/steer_protocol): Smart Rewards enables protocols to create permissionless incentive campaigns with customizable distribution logic that streams rewards hourly based on on-chain and off-chain user activity. (Token distribution tool, Live) - [Steer Staking](https://thegrid.id/profiles/steer_protocol): Staking provides non-custodial staking infrastructure supporting protocol tokens, LP tokens, and time-weighted reward pools with automated distribution mechanisms. (Staking Service, Live) - [Smart Bonds](https://thegrid.id/profiles/steer_protocol): Smart Bonds automates bond program operations for acquiring protocol-owned liquidity with features for managing incentive schedules and redemption mechanisms. (Yield Aggregator, Live) - [Steer Liquidity Kit](https://thegrid.id/profiles/steer_protocol): Steer's Liquidity Kit supplies developers with hooks for Uniswap V4, Algebra Integral, and PancakeSwap V4 protocols plus ERC-4626 vault architecture components for building automated liquidity strategies. (Developer Tooling, Live) - [Steer Data Marketplace](https://thegrid.id/profiles/steer_protocol): Steer's Data Marketplace aggregates data sources enabling developers to integrate multiple on-chain and off-chain feeds into strategies through a unified interface. (Off-Chain Data APIs and Services, Live) - [Steer Web3 Functions](https://thegrid.id/profiles/steer_protocol): Steer's Web3 Functions connects on-chain transactions with off-chain compute tasks through decentralized job scheduling for automated strategy execution and data processing. (Developer Tooling, Live) ## Assets - [Steer Protocol (STEER)](https://thegrid.id/profiles/steer_protocol): STEER is the governance token of Steer Protocol. It is used to vote on protocol upgrades and proposals. Holders stake tokens to participate in the decentralized compute network that executes liquidity management strategies off-chain, earning fees when their nodes successfully process and validate strategy calculations. Model 1 - open data. The open data core is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL) — a copyleft/share-alike license allowing free use, modification, and sharing for any purpose. Attribution is required: include "Powered by The Grid" linking to https://thegrid.id wherever the data is used. Derivative databases must be shared under ODbL terms. Trademarks, logos, and brand names (marked "Special TPIP") are not covered by the ODbL. For ML/AI use: training datasets that substantially extract ODbL data are Derivative Databases and must be shared under ODbL if publicly used; models must be attributed in documentation. Model 2 - commercial licenses. The Grid Data Service (TGDS) is also available as a commercial license. See [Web Services Terms](https://about.thegrid.id/legal/web-services-terms) for commercial use that is not covered by the open data service.
