TON Hedge is a decentralized trading protocol built on the TON blockchain that offers on-chain options and perpetual futures trading. It allows users to trade call and put options settled in a stablecoin, as well as open leveraged long and short positions on crypto pairs, without an intermediary custodian holding client funds.

The options product lets traders lock in an asset price for a chosen period and exercise the position for a payout if the market moves in their favor, with pricing and settlement handled entirely by smart contracts. The perpetual trading product runs on a rollup-based layer built on top of another blockchain, aiming to reduce execution fees and remove the need for transaction confirmations on each trade. Liquidity for both products is supplied by users who deposit assets into pools in exchange for a share of trading fees.

The platform is aimed at traders who want to hedge exposure to TON-denominated assets or take leveraged directional positions, as well as liquidity providers seeking fee income. Its flagship offerings are options trading and perpetual futures trading, accessed through a web interface and Telegram-based tools. Options trading is live, while the perpetual trading product remains in an early testing phase with functionality still subject to change.

This data is provided under two licensing models.

Model 1 - open data. The open data core is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL) — a copyleft/share-alike license allowing free use, modification, and sharing for any purpose. Attribution is required: include "Powered by The Grid" linking to https://thegrid.id wherever the data is used. Derivative databases must be shared under ODbL terms. Trademarks, logos, and brand names (marked "Special TPIP") are not covered by the ODbL. For ML/AI use: training datasets that substantially extract ODbL data are Derivative Databases and must be shared under ODbL if publicly used; models must be attributed in documentation.

Model 2 - commercial licenses. The Grid Data Service (TGDS) is also available as a commercial license. See [Web Services Terms](https://about.thegrid.id/legal/web-services-terms) for commercial use that is not covered by the open data service.
