# xRocket

xRocket is a centralized crypto exchange and custodial wallet that runs inside Telegram and on the web. It helps users trade, buy, store, and send digital assets from one account, with spot trading, a P2P market, card purchases, and payment tools.

xRocket is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange and custodial wallet available as a Telegram Mini App, a Telegram bot, and a web platform. Users trade digital assets with market and limit orders, hold balances across multiple blockchain networks, and move funds without leaving their chat app. One account works the same way across every access channel.

xRocket holds the private keys for user balances, keeps most assets in cold storage, and ties account access to the user's Telegram session. Transfers to other Telegram users are instant and free, and funds can also be sent as cheques, requested through invoices, or collected through subscriptions. Card purchases and sales into fiat are executed by independent partners rather than by xRocket itself.

The xRocket Exchange is the flagship product, combining a spot order book, a card purchase gateway, and a P2P market where escrow holds the seller's assets until payment is confirmed. The xRocket Wallet covers storage and social payments in Telegram, while the xRocket API gives developers and merchants trading and payment endpoints. The platform is used by retail traders, Telegram communities, content creators, and online businesses.

## Legal

This data is provided under two licensing models.

Model 1 - open data. The open data core is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL) — a copyleft/share-alike license allowing free use, modification, and sharing for any purpose. Attribution is required: include "Powered by The Grid" linking to https://thegrid.id wherever the data is used. Derivative databases must be shared under ODbL terms. Trademarks, logos, and brand names (marked "Special TPIP") are not covered by the ODbL. For ML/AI use: training datasets that substantially extract ODbL data are Derivative Databases and must be shared under ODbL if publicly used; models must be attributed in documentation.

Model 2 - commercial licenses. The Grid Data Service (TGDS) is also available as a commercial license. See [Web Services Terms](https://about.thegrid.id/legal/web-services-terms) for commercial use that is not covered by the open data service.
