# Yellow Card > Financial infrastructure that works. Yellow Card is a licensed stablecoin and fiat payments infrastructure provider. It serves banks, financial institutions, corporates, fintechs, and telcos operating across emerging markets. Yellow Card is a stablecoin and fiat payments infrastructure company, providing the rails that let banks, financial institutions, corporates, fintechs, and telcos move money across emerging markets. Its platform supports receiving, sending, storing, and managing stablecoins alongside fiat, allowing businesses to hold treasury balances, settle cross-border payments, and access local currency liquidity through a single provider. The company addresses the cost and complexity of moving money into and out of emerging markets, where traditional banking rails are often slow or expensive. It combines stablecoin settlement with local payment rails and currency conversion, letting institutions send and receive payments in a wide range of local currencies alongside US dollar and euro-denominated flows. Yellow Card operates under licenses and registrations across multiple jurisdictions and applies compliance controls such as sanctions screening, anti-money laundering monitoring, and travel rule compliance to its transaction flows. Its offering is delivered through an API suite for programmatic integration and a treasury portal for corporate finance teams, alongside tools for launching local stablecoins and enabling business or customer wallets. Yellow Card is used by banks, fintechs, telecommunications companies, and corporates that need compliant infrastructure for cross-border payments and digital asset management. The company has shifted its focus toward serving these institutional and business customers directly, after discontinuing its earlier consumer-facing application. - Type: Company - Sector: Payments - Status: Active - Founded: 2016-05-01 - Profile: https://thegrid.id/profiles/yellowcard ## Products - [API Suite](https://thegrid.id/profiles/yellowcard): API Suite is a payments infrastructure product that lets businesses integrate stablecoin and fiat payment processing into their own systems or manage payments through a no-code treasury dashboard. It unifies stablecoin settlement with local payment rails through a single API, enabling cross-border payments, local currency collection and payout, virtual USD and EUR accounts, and digital asset wallet functionality, while a companion portal provides the same capabilities through a managed dashboard with multi-currency balance management, team permissioning, and invoice-to-pay workflows. Fintechs, banks, telecoms, and corporates use the API to modernize payouts and treasury workflows without building blockchain infrastructure themselves, while finance and treasury teams use the portal for reconciliation and cross-border payouts without writing code. Webhooks and sandbox testing support automated, real-time financial workflows and faster integration. (Payments Infrastructure & Orchestration, Live, Main Product) - [Yellow Card Exchange](https://thegrid.id/profiles/yellowcard): Yellow Card Exchange was a centralized platform enabling consumers to buy, sell, and store cryptocurrencies using local African currencies through mobile money and bank transfers. The retail app has been discontinued as the company shifted exclusively to business-focused infrastructure. (Centralised Exchange, Discontinued) - [Yellow Pay](https://thegrid.id/profiles/yellowcard): Yellow Pay was a consumer remittance service enabling instant cross-border money transfers using stablecoins as settlement infrastructure.
